Refund and Returns Policy

  • Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
  • For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.
  • If our products arrived damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away, and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of their expiration date. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, contact our customer support team.

Cancellation Policy

  • While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number to cancel it before the order has been processed. In such a case, we will refund any payments already made by you. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that defies the terms & conditions of using the website, Primus Intertea Trade Pvt Ltd, at our sole discretion, could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and will deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
  • Primus Intertea Trade Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organisation/s, manufacturers/shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of Primus Intertea Trade Pvt Ltd. Returns & Refund Policy

  • Orders once placed & processed through pakadtea.com will not be cancelled or refunded.
  • In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, Primus Intertea Trade Pvt Ltd shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.
  • In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However, if there is any shortfall in delivery or the items, such as they had spilled / or were damaged, the Customer shall at the time of delivery return the items to the delivery agent with a written complaint of the same on the Bill against the signature of the delivery agent.
  • In the event of any shortfall in delivery or the items having split/ or being damaged, the Customer shall inform Primus Intertea Trade Pvt Ltd of the same within 24 hours. We shall thereafter initiate investigations into the matter of the complaint received and shall make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation within a period of ten days from the date of commencement. The decision of Primus Intertea Trade Pvt Ltd on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding, and conclusive on the Customer, and the Customer shall not dispute the same.
  • After mutual agreement of a refund of payment, Primus Intertea Trade Pvt Ltd shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid. There will be a restocking Fee of 20% on the Invoice Value, and Shipping Charges will not be refunded in any case.
